Cornelia’s Climate Corner is a North-Vancouver-based consultancy dedicated to advancing climate solutions through nature-based strategies. At its heart is Cornelia Rindt, a climate consultant with over two decades of experience in carbon markets and nature-based climate solutions.
Cornelia brings extensive experience in forest carbon and land-use offset projects, collaborating with Indigenous nations, conservation organizations, and private-sector partners to shape initiatives that deliver long-term environmental and cultural value. Her expertise spans the entire project cycle—from early-stage design to implementation, monitoring, and verification. She has contributed to leading Canadian carbon offset projects, including the Great Bear Forest Carbon Projects, the Boreal Wildlands Forest Offset Project, and the Darkwoods Forest Carbon Project, and is now working to expand current efforts to include blue carbon initiatives on the West Coast.
Today, through Cornelia’s Climate Corner, she partners with organizations ready to take bold, practical steps toward climate resilience—offering strategic guidance, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit rooted in respect for both people and ecosystems.
